Typical fitting properties of the construction year categories:
until 1960: currently with collective heating and bath or shower
from 1961–1971: as a rule with collective heating and bath or shower
from 1972–1990: as a rule including insulation glazing
from 1991: as above, however with heat insulation complying with current standard
Notes:
The property structural condition including the above mentioned standard fitting properties is represented by the construction year categories as the structural condition of various flats is essentially characterised by the customary mode of construction in certain eras.
The applicable: radically modernised flats are classified in the construction year category in which the flat was ready for occupation again.
A radical modernisation is given when a modification in the sense of § 17 II. Housing act was carried out at considerable expense. Attics which were built or fitted subsequently are classified in the construction year in which they were ready for occupation.
It is expressly pointed out, that the results listed here are neither suitable as interpretation in the sense of § 558a of the German Civil Code nor are they to be assigned the character of a rental table.
