Joint municipality Eschede: Trade and industry

Trade and industry is currently not concentrated in one area in the joint municipality Eschede, but has been set-up in all the member municipalities.

Our enterprises are a good mixture of industries. All the branches of construction trade are represented, in addition companies form the field of recycling agricultural products, of the concrete pre-assembled production, the manufacture of high-quality individual components for the automobile industry, the manufacture of complete transport systems respectively.
In addition operations dealing with fish farming and the cultivation and conditioning of water plants are typical for our region.

At the latest industrial site Höhenberg particularly companies involved in the construction business have gathered. In this fully developed area currently approx. 6,000 sq.m are for immediate sale and very favourably priced by the municipality.
Currently a further 7,000 sq.m industrial real estate are available for sale, partly developed and at a favourable price in the railway area.
In the industrial site Brunsborn 25,000 sq.m industrial land is at immediate disposal, furthermore the municipality is planning to extend this area in south western direction, directly alongside the national highway B 191. All the plots of land can be accessed directly via the B 191 which is at a distance of a mere 500 metres, some even have a direct connection.
